My happiness project for 2018. I’ve set myself a massive challenge of blogging every day this year, under the theme of happiness. I’ll be sharing short tips and techniques that has worked for me; throwing in quotes and videos to inspire; and occasionally, pondering some of life’s deeper questions. My ultimate ‘anxious-ambition’ is to provide guidance and advice for those suffering with mental health setbacks, to allow them to find the peace that I’ve worked to find.
