My happiness project for 2018 and reason for starting this blog – I successfully wrote every single day in 2018, sharing tips, techniques, quotes and basically anything that has or hasn’t worked in my own journey with anxiety.

‘Happy 2018: 365 days of Happy!’ has been a great adventure for me, becoming a form of written self-therapy. And hopefully, it has provided some guidance, strategy or comfort, for those feeling lost or alone.
