I love it…
Even though it seems backwards, because surely people talking about you must be your business. Even though it completely goes against my attitude of living curiously. Even though it can be incredibly hard to let it go when you think that other people have misjudged and/or misunderstood you.
But it all comes back to control.
And at the end of the day, you can’t control what other people think of you.
As crappy as it might feel to know that you’re being talked about, it’s much better than changing yourself to make other people happy.
