If you’re a regular, you’ll know that I’m into British hypnotist/lifestyle coach, Paul Mckenna, in a BIG way.
So here’s a quick posture hack, courtesy of Paul, to help you move and feel more confident, no matter what’s happening:
Simply imagine that there’s a silver cord, running up your spine through the top of your head. Imagine the cord is gently pulling you upright, all of the time.
If you want to feel more confident, then practising moving like a confident person would will tell your brain that you are confident.
Keep practising that this new calm, confident yet relaxed body language will become muscle memory, and therefore the ‘norm.’
And wouldn’t that be something?
